If you are like me then you are constantly asking yourself what should I cook for dinner tonight? I feel immense pressure (brought on by myself) to cook healthy, economical and tasty dishes at least 5 nights a week. I also am a person who gets bored with making and eating the same food week after week which brings me to the point of this post. I challenge you to share 2-3 of your favorite recipes on your own blog as I will do below. This will be a great way to find something new to add to your recipe inventory if we all participate.
