My beautiful friend Shannon Rae is setting up a new design consulting biz. She has been helping me with some mood boards for my living room, as an exchange for her efforts she asked me took take some pictures for her upcoming blog and website launch!
I told her I would give it a whirl with my new camera. I really had no idea how it would turn out but take a look..... it's not terrible. Thankful I have been getting wonderfully easy subjects, they make me look like a halfway decent photographer.
And for my photographer friends, these were all shot in Manual mode and color corrected. No Photoshop yet, I've got to learn all about that next....

Oh my goodness! Those are AMAZING! What kind of camera did you get? And what lens did you use? It looks like you've been taking pictures like this for years.
It's a Canon 50D, the lens is a kit lens 28-135mm
